Shifting Package – Before Haj / Stay at Kudai 2.5 K.M. Away from Haram-Sharif (Private Bus Service for All Pilgrims Available for First Four Days Only till Misfillah Bridge)
Sharing Of Rooms – (i) Stay At Kudai, Sharing Of 6/5/4 Couples Rooms Will Be Provided On Request (Extra Cost To Paid Separately), (ii) Stay At Hotel Makkah 04/03, Stay At Hotel Madinah 05/04/03, Couples Rooms Will Be Provided On Request (Extra Cost To Paid Separately).
Qurbani – Qurbani Is Not Included in The Package Cost.
Blood Test – All Pilgrims Requested to Submit Blood Group Report at The Time of Booking.
Laundry Service – Laundry Service (Unlimited) To All Pilgrims at Makkah & Madinah Complimentary by Us. No Liabilities On The Loss Of Any Clothes / Garments.
Zam-Zam – 5 Litres Of Zam-Zam Will Be Complimentary by Us.
Luggage – 02 Pcs (40 Kgs, Check in Baggage’s) Allowed, Hand Carry 07 Kgs Only Zam-Zam Can Are Free for Luggage, Extra Luggage or Penalty Borne by Pilgrims & Not by Us.
Ziyarat – Holy Places Makkah & Madinah (Ziyarat Will Be Organised In a Private Bus by Us After Haj).
Food – Breakfast- Lunch -Dinner Will Be Provided in Dining Hall by Buffet System. Strict Rules Of Timings Should Be Maintained. No Food Or Service Beyond Timings & No Food Service In Rooms Will Be Allowed.
Payments – All Pilgrims should Pay The Package Cost by Cheque / Demand Draft or By Pay Order (Payable at Mumbai Or Pay by RTGS).
Cancellation – If Any Booking is Cancelled More Than 15 Days From Date Of Departure, For Any Reason Whatsoever, No Matter How Genuine or Deserving, would attract 50% Cancellation Charges. That is; 50% of Total Tour Expense Will Be Levied as Cancellation Charges, and the Balance Amount Shall Be Reimbursed Within 45 Days. There Shall Be No Refund if Booking is Cancelled Within 15 days or lesser, from The Date of Departure, Without Prejudice To The Foregoing, All Claims, Disputes And Difference Shall Be Subject To The Jurisdiction Of The Courts In Mumbai.
Identity-Cards / Gifts / Bags Etc. Will Be Given To All The Pilgrims In Our Package.
Medical – Meningitis / Oral – Polio Dose & Other Vaccine To Be Taken Before Departure As It Is Mandatory For All Pilgrims. Vaccine Has To Be Taken Before Your Journey, i.e. 15 Days Prior To Your Departure Dates.
Tawaf-E-Ziyarat – Which Is Mandatory For Haj Pilgrims, Done On 10th /11th & 12th Zilhaj, is To Be Done By You At Your Own Expense (Transport Not Provided By Us and is Not Included In Package).
Prohibited – Any Forms Or Substance Of Narcotics / Drugs Are Banned & Punishable By Death Penalty.
Insurance – We Shall Take Insurance Cover / Medical Insurance Of The Pilgrims As Per The Terms Laid Down By The Ministry.
Model Agreement – A Copy Of Model Agreement Between Tour Operator & Haj Pilgrims Will Be Provided.
